Ecommerce automation for the work around your store.
Watch competitors’ prices, sort customer email and keep buyers in one CRM, with workflows that run on their own.
Every morning, read our competitors’ prices for our ten best sellers and post the changes to #pricing.
Claude reads every message to the support inbox, sorts it and drafts a reply. The ones that need a person go to #support.
When a customer emails support, have Claude sort it and draft a reply, and post the ones that need a person to #support.
When an order ships, send the customer a WhatsApp message with the tracking link.
When an order is paid, add or update the customer in the CRM and email first-time buyers a thank-you.
Find any customer in Tutti’s CRM.
Every buyer is one record, matched by email, so you find them by name, email or job title.
Run Tutti beside your store, on your own servers.
Tutti is open source under Apache 2.0, so customers’ details can stay in your own cloud account.

Questions ecommerce teams ask about Tutti.
- Does Tutti connect to Shopify?
- There’s no built-in Shopify connector yet. A workflow can start from Shopify’s webhooks and call Shopify’s API with the HTTP step, and a custom connector can turn those calls into steps your team reuses.
- Can Tutti answer customer email by itself?
- It can, but most teams have Claude draft the reply and a person send it. A Condition step decides which messages need a person.
- Can Tutti send WhatsApp messages?
- Yes, through Twilio, using message templates WhatsApp has approved. You can create and list those templates from Tutti.
- Does Tutti take payments?
- No. Workflows can create Stripe customers and invoices, but your checkout stays where it is.
