Real estate workflow automation for agents and property managers.

Enquiries get answered, viewings get a follow-up and maintenance requests reach the right person, with nobody copying details by hand.

When a portal enquiry arrives, have Claude read it, add the person to the CRM and text the agent.

The morning after a viewing, every visitor gets an email from your template asking how it went.

Every morning, find yesterday’s viewings in Google Calendar and email each visitor a follow-up.

Send the follow-upGmail

Write each follow-up email once, as a template.

Workflows fill in the visitor’s name and the property. A blank gets a fallback, or the step stops rather than send a half-filled email.

Questions property teams ask about Tutti.

Can Tutti read enquiries from property portals?
Yes, from the emails portals send. A workflow that starts on email has its own address. Forward the portal’s emails there and Claude reads the name, number and listing.
Does Tutti work with our property management software?
If it has an API, a workflow can call it with the HTTP step. If it has only a web interface, the browser agent can read it.
Can Tutti text agents and tenants?
Yes, through Twilio: SMS, and WhatsApp messages from templates WhatsApp has approved.
Can we run Tutti ourselves?
Yes. Tutti is open source under Apache 2.0. Run it on your own servers, or sign up and let us run it.
